Description
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our FMCG sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, developing relationships with retailers, and ensuring brand visibility in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve sales targets in assigned territory through effective planning and relationship building.
Develop and maintain relationships with key retailers, distributors, and wholesalers.
Ensure product visibility in retail outlets and execute promotional activities.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
Manage inventory levels and report on sales performance.
Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales metrics to the sales manager.
Conduct regular market visits to ensure proper brand positioning and performance.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Proven experience as a Sales Executive in the FMCG sector.
Strong knowledge of sales techniques and the FMCG industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet sales targets.
Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
