Education Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree (technical field) with 5- 7 years of comparable job experience is desirable.
- 3-5 years of relevant technology and customer-facing experience
- Where applicable, a relevant industry qualification.
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication skills in the target language, both verbally and in writing.
- Troubleshooting experience in a technological context.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Computing, storage, and peripheral device software and hardware knowledge.
- Advanced knowledge of case management databases and software.
- Excellent customer service abilities.
- Support over the phone and via the internet.
- Partners with the Sales Pursuit team on a regular basis.
- Ability to solve problems and document them for other technicians and customers to use.
- The ability to coach and mentor new agents.
- Ability to lead customer resolution efforts when they have been escalated.
- Possibility of participating in technical action plans.
- Concentrate your efforts on one or more product lines.
