Key job responsibilities:
· Delivery of complex analysis/projects from initiation through implementation
· Write quality code to retrieve and analyze data.
· Understand data resources and know-how, when, and which to use (and which not to use). Leveraging code to analyze complex datasets and design, develop and evaluate data transformations to solve specific business problems
· Enable customers to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, develop business cases, and complete root cause analyses. Source, work with and combine disparate data sets to answer business questions.
· Communicate analysis results and techniques, both verbally and in writing, clearly and confidently to peers and business partners
· Perform proactive diagnostic analysis on various measures and surface meaningful insights to the leadership team
· Collaborate on the design, development, maintenance, and delivery/presentation of regression, classification and clustering models, metrics, reports, analyses, tools, and dashboards
· Build dashboards and automate reporting
