Detailed Eligibility:
MBA Fresher with a background in Data Analysis
Six Sigma added an advantage
Good Knowledge of Business Analyst, Data Analyst, Ops Analyst, or related roles
Understanding of operations metrics
Experience in extracting and processing data using SQL and Excel/Google Sheets (including pivot tables and VLOOKUP)
Experience in creating dashboards with tools such as Google DataStudio/ Tableau/ PowerBI
Proficient in verbal and written communication in English
Self-starter – you learn independently and stay motivated with limited direction
Startup energy and hustle – you are comfortable quickly adapting as we build the project Team player
Details about the role:
Complete end-to-end ownership of visualization/dashboarding for operations
Own dashboards at the team level
Prepare quarterly/monthly operations and Business Intelligence updates for stakeholders
Metrics analysis, dashboard creation, and any ad-hoc data analysis
Coordinate between Operations, Policy, Training, and Quality functions
Receive feedback from the operations floor and ensure the use of metrics in daily operations management
