Detailed Eligibility:
Educational Qualification:
Technician Apprentice (ITI) ( Electrician/Fitter ) : Passed 10th / Matric exam under 10+2 system of education or its equivalent and ITI passed in the concerned trade from an institute recognized by NCVT/GCVT.
Technician Apprentice (Diploma) : 3 years Diploma in Engineering in Mechanical/ Electrical from a Government Recognized University / Institute.
Age Limit ( As 0n 08 February 2023 ) :
Minimum 18 years and maximum 25 years.
That is, the Date of Birth of the Candidate/Applicant should between 09 February 1998 and 09 February 2005.
Age Relaxation: Upper age is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST candidates and 3 years for OBC candidates for the trades reserved for them.
Stipend :
Diploma Technicians: Rs 10,000/-
ITI Holders: Rs 9,000/-

Diploma Technicians: 15 Posts
Electrical: 10 Posts
Mechanical: 05 Posts
Technician Apprentice (ITI): 30 Posts
Electrician: 21 Posts
Mechanical (Fitter): 9 Posts
Selection Process of Gujarat Metro Rail Recruitment 2023 :
The selection process includes a Written test/Computer Based test/Interviews.
It will be communicated to applicants through their registered email ID.
Final selection will be done based on merit and reservation rules.
The list of documents and originals to be brought for verification shall be intimated to the selected candidates.
On successful completion of document verification and the execution of the Apprenticeship contract agreement, a letter of engagement shall be issued to the candidates.
Note :
Call letters for written test/Computer-based tests and/or personal interviews will be issued to shortlisted applicants to their registered email ID indicating the Time, Date, and Venue of the Interview.
Candidates shall frequently verify email/website for updates.
The above posts are purely temporary as indicated against respective trades.
The vacancies are tentative in nature and may decrease or increase as per the requirement of the organization.
The duration of Apprenticeship training will be for a period of one year as per the Apprentices Act, 1961, as amended from time to time.
