Roles & Responsibilities:
- Learning requirements analysis, curriculum design, instructional design, training strategy, and content development are all skills you'll need.
- Working knowledge and expertise with ILTs and WBTs, as well as successful teaching methodologies.
- Working experience with a variety of learning interventions, such as video-based learning, game-based learning, micro-learning, and so on, will be a plus.
- Proven ability to manage all parts of instructional design autonomously, including the ability to research, conduct training requirements analyses, produce designs, and assess deliverables for quality assurance.
- Working on RFPs, PoCs, proposals, and design notes, as well as defining learning solutions (solution architecting).
- Experience with client pitch/walkthroughs and business development projects.
- Working experience on LMS projects would be advantageous.
