Multimedia Editor:

A Second Class Degree from a recognized university in any discipline with Ten (10) years of experience related to video editing, multimedia design/editing for MOOCs courses, or elearning / LMS programs in a reputed institute/university/government projects. Or

Second Class Master’s Degree from a recognized university in any discipline with five (5) years of experience related to video editing, multimedia design/editing for MOOCs courses, or e-learning / LMS programs in a reputed institute/university/government projects.

Certificate Course or Diploma in video editing/animation/post-production from a university or an accredited institution

Should have working experience with any professional video editing Software like Adobe Premiere Pro CC, Final Cut Pro, etc.

Working experience using software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe After Effects, Flash, 2D / 3D animation tools

Sound knowledge in concept visualization and motion graphics is preferred.

Good practical knowledge of social media platforms and techniques to disseminate information on different platforms

Working experience in the creation of logos, designs, cover pages, banners, and signature tunes.

Good communication and language proficiency in English and Hindi.

Cameraman:

Intermediate passed with 20 years of experience in videography/photography in a reputed media house/organization especially dealing with the production of video films,documentaries, recording of interviews, video lessons, video lectures, etc., Or

Graduate with 10 years of experience in videography/photography in a reputed media house/organization / especially dealing with the production of video films, documentaries,recording of interviews, video lessons, video lectures, etc.,

Working knowledge in handling camera equipment (latest DSLR, 4K HD cameras, Lumens cameras), lighting equipment (spotlights, handheld lights, day lights, tungsten lights), and audio equipment (microphones) in a modern digital studio setup with green mat.

Experience in shooting for documentaries and movies, preferably in reputed media houses, news channels, and institutions

Computer skills to work with video editing software Adobe Premier, and image processing tools like Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.

Maintain, troubleshoot, and perform minor repairs to the audio, video, and lighting equipment

Technical Assistant:

First class Graduation from a recognized university with more than 2 years of experience in the works related to video production, and dissemination of videos on MOOCs platforms/e-Learning / LMS platforms in a reputed organization/university.

Should have working experience with professional video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro CC, Final Cut Pro, etc.

Should have working experience in creating relevant thumbnails, motion posters, digital images, and infographics with software like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe AfterEffects (Creative Cloud), and several other free tools.

Sound knowledge in the conduct of webinars, online training, recording online sessions, editing and uploading the videos on YouTube channel, and popularizing it among subscribers on a daily basis.

Maintaining YouTube channel / MOOC platforms under the guidance of project executives/managers and archiving videos on digital storage devices for future use.

Working knowledge of email systems and various online platforms (WebEx, google –Meet, Zoom, etc.)

Proficiency with basic computer programs including MS Office and database systems.
