Responsibilities:
- Create compelling data visualisations for GPM KPIs.
- With proactive ideas and examples, you may help the continual improvement of insights and data visualisation.
- Participate in diagnostic and predictive analytical initiatives as part of long-term planning efforts to better understand client job requirements and the expected implications of innovation possibilities.
- As new insights emerge, keep the GPM KPI Data Dictionary up to date.
- As opportunities arise, collaborate with the Product Analytic & Insights team to develop operational reporting insights.
Requirements:
- Applicants must have a bachelor's degree. A master's degree and/or a doctorate degree are strongly encouraged. Degrees in statistics, data science, operations research, or finance are desired.
- 5-7 years of progressive analytics expertise, especially in a strategy, business intelligence, or consulting capacity
- Experience in a SaaS software environment, product management, or IT is preferred.
- Experience with modelling and forecasting is a bonus.
- PowerBi dashboard generation is required; other analytic tools (Mixpanel, Heap, Google Analytics) are preferred.
- Results-oriented, with an exceptional ability to transform questions into insights and anticipate what questions will likely come next to drive insight improvement.
