Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist with the development of people data models across the employee life cycle, as well as data engineering, visualization, and reporting.
- You'll be tasked with finding complicated people-related business issues, breaking them down into smaller components, developing solutions, and giving actionable insights.
- Collaborate across the HR function with subject matter experts to enhance data governance and stewardship, as well as to improve overall data quality and data models.
- Identify opportunities for deeper analysis and insights from Flipkart-wide HR and cross-functional data, if needed, and develop analytical tools.
- Create powerful reports using the PowerBI Platform to help people make better decisions.
- Create, maintain, and assure the data quality of important HR data sets and reports.
- To improve data literacy, collaborate with business units to provide analytics direction and support through active coaching and education.
- Assist Centers of Excellence teams in understanding and delivering on their data requirements, which range from conventional reporting to insight generation and suggestions.
