- Manage a team (~ 10+ team members), allocate tasks to team members, and manage test execution delivery based on schedule or SLAs
- Engage with stakeholders (Quality Assurance teams) to seek inputs on task planning and delivery schedules and communicate with clear status reports and documentation
- Unblock team for any challenges faced which require collaboration with multiple teams (peer teams, HR, IT, admin etc.)
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate in any field of study
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- 1+ years of experience in a people management role
- ·Experience serving as the point of contact for stakeholders
- ·Experience managing project delivery
Preferred Qualifications
- Education in a quantitative field such as science or engineering preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong judgment and instincts and ability to prioritize in a complex, fast-paced environment
- Experience managing and motivate direct reports
- High level of engagement
- A sense of ownership and drive and a willingness to accept the challenge of daily deadlines
