Roles & Responsibilities:
- Having extensive experience in administration and infrastructure management on MicroStrategy.
- Good to have knowledge and experience on the administration of other visualization tools like Cognos, QlikView, Qliksense, Tableau and Power BI.
- Administer (Installation and Upgrade) and support (Monitor and maintain) multiple MicroStrategy servers (iServer, Web and Mobile)
- Act as MicroStrategy expert to advice customers on best practices in deploying MicroStrategy for best performance and scalability
- Assist BI developers in optimizing application performance
- Hands on experience with MicroStrategy platforms including Developer, Administrator, Object Manager, Command Manager, integrity Manager
- Hands on experience on managing the Enterprise Manager Load, EM reports & Platform Analytics. Should have clear understanding of EM data structure and would be required to create customized reports on usage stats.
- Would need to manage the MicroStrategy environment in Windows and Linux environment. Should have required experience on both platforms
- Hands on experience in managing the application on Cloud is desired skill.
- Would need to manage the platform on User Management, DB Instances, Connection Mappings, Single Sign on, multiple user Authentication, Distribution Services etc
- Need to set up and manage the Web and Mobile server configurations
- Need to manage the Change requests, Code migration, Defect tracking, Status Reporting
- Need to have basic knowledge on SQL to analyze the Report performance and EM reporting
