Selection Process of MSTC Recruitment 2023 :
Candidates who fulfill the eligibility criteria will be called for the Computer Based Test(CBT).
Part A: for 60 minutes.
English Language – 15 questions for 15 marks in English
Quantitative Aptitude – 20 questions, 20 marks in English and Hindi
Reasoning Ability – 20 questions, 20 marks in English and Hindi
General Knowledge – 15 questions, 15 marks in English and Hindi
Part B: for 60 minutes
Professional Knowledge – 50 questions, 50 marks in English and Hindi
Total: 120 questions, 120 marks for 120 Minutes.
For every wrong answer, 1/4th of the marks assigned to that question will be deducted as a penalty.
Candidates are required to appear for the CBT on the date, time, and venue, which will be mentioned in the admit card.
Candidates appearing in the All India-based CBT for the post of MT will be shortlisted for Group Discussion and thereafter for Interview, and AM will be shortlisted for Interview as per the recruitment rules of the company.
The final selection for the posts will be based on consolidated merit of All India-based CBT, Group Discussion and Interview for Management Trainees, and All India-based CBT and Interview for AM (Systems).
Notes:
Candidates will have to visit the MSTC Corporate website to download call letters for online tests.
Intimation for downloading call letters will also be sent through email/SMS.
Reimbursement of Second-Class rail fare by the shortest route shall be given to outstation PWD/SC/ST candidates for appearing in written test wherever the distance traveled is more than 80 KMs each way, subject to submitting proof of travel.
Application Fees: Rs 500/- for general candidates (except SC/ST/PWD candidates).
Note: The payment can be made by using Debit Cards (RuPay/Visa/MasterCard/Maestro), Credit Cards, Internet Banking, IMPS, Cash Cards/ Mobile Wallets.
