BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• Candidates should have at least 1-2 years of experience in an HR Business Partner role with broad knowledge and experience in human resource management.
• Experience in partnering with business leaders in highly complex and dynamic business settings is required.
• Strong business and HR acumen, including problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and analysis
• Proven ability to influence and partner with different levels of the organization to achieve results
• Demonstrated ability to coach managers and supervisors to use company best practices for maximum effectiveness
• Interpersonal skills; high-quality document and report preparation
• Proven ability to successfully work as a team member and to build and maintain a positive work environment across the network.
• High-quality document preparation and presentation skills
• Exceptional listening skills and ability to relate to influence, and coach employees of all levels in the organization
• Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively as an active member of both business and HR teams
* Master's Degree/MBA in Human Resources Management or related field is preferred
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Able to handle confidential information in a mature and professional manner
• Experience in human resources, labor relations
• Basic understanding of Central and state employment and labor laws
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks and organize workload to ensure that short timelines are met while having frequent interruptions.
