BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical discipline or equivalent
* 7+ years of relevant engineering experience
* 2+ years of people management experience
* Experience building a QA team that is responsible for wireless/networking software
* Knowledge of testing strategies including technologies for automated testing
* Ability to communicate cross-functionally and across management levels in formal and informal settings
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Masters's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent
* Proven Experience in testing one or more wireless technologies like Zigbee, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, LoRaWAN, Sigfox, etc.
* Demonstrate expertise in black box and grey box testing methodologies,
* Hands-on expertise delivering quality assurance for IoT products or large scale networks
* Strong people management skills
* Experience in programming & scripting languages
* Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Demonstrated ability to operate within short release cycles
* Shows creativity and initiative to improve coverage and effectiveness.
* Superior communication and analytical skills, including a strong ability to identify and solve ambiguous problems
