Role:
· You successfully test and act as the point of contact for mid-sized components and features without close managerial supervision
· You create detailed status reports that require minimum intervention from higher level DAs or a manager. You create detailed status reports that require minimum intervention from higher level DAs or a manager
· You raise bugs and related issues beyond defined SOPs/test methods. You provide data, actively follow up, and help to resolve these issues.
· You review new test cases, work instructions, and contribute to improving test coverage and/or processes.
· You contribute to improvements in test processes, communication, or key project metrics (e.g. throughput, quality). You use data to support your recommendations. You are able to work on complex processes/tasks with minimal direction
· You create SOPs based on existing test methods and processes with little assistance from peers or/your manager. You create training modules and share knowledge about testing policies, guidelines, and best practices with your team. You begin to train new DA I peers
