Responsibilities:
- Convert ideas into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that result in intuitive user experiences.
- Create wireframes, user journeys, reusable UX components, and mockups that are optimised for a variety of devices and interfaces.
- Identify design issues and create elegant solutions using a user-centered design methodology; quickly test and iterate your designs based on business needs.
- To optimise user impact, build high-fidelity layouts that highlight key insights, simplify complex data, and follow a narrative flow.
- Implement a “lean” approach to product development in which you and your team seek for early validated learnings that result in reduced cycle times for product development.
- Support a number of long-term and short-term initiatives while actively prioritising workflow based on ROI and business value created.
Requirement:
- A degree in a comparable subject is required, as well as 3-6 years of experience in product/UI design solutions in entirely digital environments.
- Learn the fundamentals of HTML, CSS, and front-end development.
- A thorough understanding of user-centered design (UCD), human-computer interaction, user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability, and accessibility considerations.
- Thrive to stay up to date with the most recent mental models and interactions of SaaS products.
- Develop a curious mentality in order to investigate and empathise with consumers' problem concerns.
- The ability to collaborate with a geographically dispersed team to grasp detailed requirements and build user experiences that satisfy client expectations is required.
