Selection Process for Railway Apprentice Recruitment:
Selection will be based on the merit list prepared (Trade-wise) for all the candidates who apply against the notification in their respective trades.
The merit list in each trade will be prepared as a percentage of marks obtained in Matriculation with a minimum of 50% (aggregate) marks.
For the percentage of matriculation, marks obtained by the candidates in all subjects will be reckoned and not based on marks of any subject or group of subjects.
Shortlisted candidates, thus enlisted in respective trades, will be called for document verification to the extent of 1.5 times the notified vacancies.
A final merit list will be prepared trade-wise and community-wise, equal to the number of slots in the descending order of the percentage of marks obtained by the candidate.
Candidates finally enlisted would be subject to document verification of original testimonials and being found fit in the appropriate medical examination as per Medical Proforma.
Application Fees:
SC/ST/PWD/Women candidates are exempted from fees.
For others Rs.100/-
