Roles & Responsibilities:
- Identify and resolve application and infrastructure issues.
- Assist clients in resolving functional, technical, and infrastructural challenges.
- Assist clients in addressing technology difficulties using a variety of skills (from users to administrators and engineers).
- Drive automation, self-service, and the evolution of cloud infrastructure environments.
- Improve the overall quality of technology delivery by enabling program management.
- Track and administer project management office activities to assist projects in the Technology Delivery Centers.
- Monitor, oversee, and report on the execution of deliverables, as well as resolve difficulties.
- Manage different stakeholders to ensure that priorities and goals are aligned.
- Create apps with a low-code development platform, setting up and configuring systems to meet the specific needs of each client.
- Form builders, pre-built templates, a drag-and-drop visual interface, and an entity builder are the three primary aspects to work with.
